This policy covers payments made to SocietyConnect: subscription fees and the one-time ₹2,000 fee for the new-society document service.
Preparation of the complete set of sample society-registration documents from the information you submit, review and verification of your application by our team, unlimited viewing and printing of the generated documents, and one-click activation of your society website and management panel after your registration is granted.
Only AFTER our team has reviewed and approved your application. You pay nothing to submit the form, and nothing if your application is rejected by us.
If you paid but the documents were not made available to you due to a fault on our side, you receive a full refund. If you request cancellation before downloading or printing any document, we refund the fee minus reasonable processing costs. Once documents have been downloaded, the service stands delivered and the fee is non-refundable.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and simply do not renew; part-months are not refunded. If we materially fail to provide the paid service and cannot remedy it within 15 days of written notice, we refund the unused portion of the current billing period.
The ₹2,000 covers our document service only. Any fee payable to the Registrar of Societies or other authorities is separate, paid by you directly to the authority, and outside this policy.
Because registration decisions rest solely with the government authority, the fee is not refundable on the ground that an application was not accepted by the Registrar — though our team will help you correct and re-print documents where possible.
Email sahajconnect01@gmail.com from your registered email with your application number (e.g. NSR/2026/00001) or society handle. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
